i. Please fill in the order form. Alternatively, you may also whatsapp/sms to 019-2728124 your name, address, item code(s) and membership ID (if any) to place your order.
ii. We will get back to you and notify the availability of the item, your order reference no. and our Maybank account no.
iii. Please make payment within 2 days and inform us through email: sweetzscarletz@gmail.com or whatsapp/sms once payment has been made.
iv. Please include our email address (sweetzscarletz@gmail.com) if payment is made via online banking.
v. Please provide us proof of payment and order reference no.
vi. Item will be posted on the following day via Poslaju. You will be informed through email/whatsapp/sms once we deliver the item. Tracking no will be given.
vii. Please note that delivery will only be made from Monday to Friday. For orders and payment made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, item will be delivered on Monday.
viii. Delivery charges are as follows:
* First item: RM7.00 (Peninsular) & RM9.00 (Sabah & Sarawak)
* RM3.00 for each additional item.
